    Determine the best practice outcome. At this time, we are defining the results you would like to see to ensure we create the right path.

    Decide what, if any, resources are needed. Sometimes additional resources are needed to ensure the goal is met. Here we look at people, cost, and culture to ensure we can achieve the goal we’ve set in the most efficient and effective manner.

  • Step 4

    Communicate & Implement the decision. The way an organization communicates & implements a new strategy, process, or decision to staff can either increase or decrease employee engagement and many times undermine retention. During this step, we craft a communication strategy with implementation guidance to ensure you are communicating in a manner that motivates and influences employee behaviors, positively.

  • Step 5

    Follow up, here is where we discuss the successful implementation and any critical takeaways from the project.
