Antoinette Tull is the Founder and CEO of Hurtle LLC, a strategic HR consulting and leadership advisory firm focused on public safety organizations and mission-driven institutions.

With more than two decades of leadership experience in human resources and organizational strategy, Antoinette supports public safety leaders and organizations as they navigate complex hiring decisions, leadership transitions, and workforce challenges.

She previously served as Chief of Human Resources for a major metropolitan police department, where she led initiatives related to recruitment strategy, employee relations, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce policy, with a focus on building systems that are practical, transparent, and most importantly, effective.

Today, through Hurtle LLC, she partners with public safety organizations and leaders to support hiring processes, leadership development initiatives, assessments, and HR advisory work designed to strengthen both organizations and the communities they serve.
