The Hurtle Resume Review and related reports are intended for individual, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or otherwise use any portion of the assessment, report, or underlying methodology for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Hurtle LLC.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any scheduling codes, access links, or account credentials provided to you.

You agree not to share access links, scheduling codes, or reports with unauthorized parties.

You are responsible for how you interpret and apply any feedback, recommendations, or insights provided. Hurtle LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on the use of our services or assessments.

5. Payment Terms

Due to the nature of this service and the immediate processing of submissions, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once a resume has been submitted and the review process has begun, the service is considered rendered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents successful submission or delivery of your review, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

All services and assessments provided by Hurtle LLC are based on professional judgment and experience. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, selection, or any specific outcome as a result of using our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and outputs provided through this service, including but not limited to reports, frameworks, prompts, methodologies, and analysis, are the property of Hurtle LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These materials are provided for individual, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Hurtle LLC.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website or services, including attempting to access restricted areas, reverse engineer the system, or interfere with the operation of the platform or its underlying technology.

Uploaded documents are used solely to generate the requested review and are automatically deleted after the designated system retention period. Hurtle LLC does not retain uploaded resume files beyond this period and does not sell or share submitted documents with third parties.

Contact information provided during submission may be retained for communication, service delivery, and, where applicable, scheduling of follow-up consultations.

This service may utilize secure third-party providers for payment processing and system functionality. These providers manage data in accordance with their own privacy and security standards.

Reasonable safeguards are in place to protect submitted information; however, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By using this service, users acknowledge and accept these data handling practices.
